Andrea Foley-Braski is the creative force behind The Fabric Foundry, a delightfully offbeat venture where modern quilting meets a wink of irreverence. With a background in fashion and costume design, and a lover of all things dramatic and theatrical she is finding her voice as a quilt pattern and surface designer.  With an eye for bold design and a soft spot for the weird, she is building a brand that celebrates the artistry of sewing without taking itself too seriously. Known for infusing her work with a touch of dry humor and a refusal to follow the “rules” (unless they’re particularly interesting), Andrea has cultivated a loyal following of makers who appreciate both her aesthetic and her attitude. When she’s not reimagining what quilting can look like, she’s likely plotting her next clever twist on a traditional craft—seam ripper in hand, just in case.
